Currently, the best way to get your home sold in the Bay Area or any other community is through exposure on the Internet.  Internet marketing is more than just a web site.  If your home can not be found on the Internet, potential buyers will not have the opportunity to view it.

I have found the best and most economical way is through search engine optimization or SEO.  I hired a specialist to put me at the top of the search engines of Google, Yahoo and MSN.  I went from not being found to first rate placement and I do not pay per click.  I can gaurantee your home will be found on the web.
